Refund & Cancellation

1. Course Payment

Course purchase is submitted with payment details/receipt and becomes active after admin verification.

2. Cancellation

If payment is not verified, course activation may be cancelled/rejected by admin.

3. Refund

Refund, if applicable, will be handled as per institute rules and payment proof verification. Digital course/study access already activated may not be refundable unless approved by the institute.

4. Duplicate Payment

If duplicate payment occurs, submit transaction details on Contact Support page. After verification, adjustment/refund may be processed.

5. Timeline

Approved refund may take 7-15 working days depending on bank/payment gateway process.
