Rules & Regulations

These rules are applicable to students, applicants, trainers, affiliated centres and all persons using the courses, examinations, certificates, website and services of the organization.

SARVSHI INTERNATIONAL BOARD OF YOGA

The following Rules and Regulations are intended to maintain discipline, transparency, safety, academic quality and proper administration within SARVSHI INTERNATIONAL BOARD OF YOGA .

Every student, applicant, trainer, affiliated centre, institution and authorized representative is required to follow these rules. Violation of any rule may result in warning, suspension, cancellation of registration, withholding of results, cancellation of certificates or termination of affiliation.

01 General Conduct

  • Every student and representative must behave respectfully with trainers, staff, students and visitors.
  • Abusive language, harassment, threats, discrimination or physical misconduct will not be tolerated.
  • Students must follow all instructions issued by the organization and authorized training centre.
  • The name, logo and reputation of the organization must not be misused.
  • Any complaint must be submitted through the official communication channel.

02 Admission and Registration Rules

  • Admission is subject to eligibility, document verification and payment of applicable fees.
  • Applicants must provide correct personal, academic and contact information.
  • False, incomplete or misleading information may result in cancellation of admission.
  • Registration or enrollment numbers are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Applicants must submit all required documents within the prescribed period.
  • The organization may reject an application that does not fulfil the applicable requirements.

03 Document Submission Rules

  • All submitted photographs, identity proofs and academic documents must be clear and genuine.
  • Forged, edited or manipulated documents are strictly prohibited.
  • The organization may verify documents with the issuing institution or relevant authority.
  • Students must immediately report any incorrect detail in their records.
  • Correction requests must be supported by valid documentary proof.
  • Applicable correction or processing charges may be payable.

04 Attendance and Course Participation

  • Students must maintain the required attendance in theory, practical and training sessions.
  • Regular attendance may be mandatory for examination and certification eligibility.
  • Students must attend classes according to the assigned schedule.
  • Absence due to medical or unavoidable reasons should be informed to the authorized centre.
  • Repeated absence without information may result in warning or suspension.
  • Students must complete practical work, assignments and internal assessments within the prescribed time.

05 Classroom and Training Discipline

  • Students must reach the class or training venue on time.
  • Mobile phones should remain silent during classes, examinations and practical sessions.
  • Students must not disturb any class, trainer or other learner.
  • Training equipment must be used carefully and only under authorized supervision.
  • Damage to equipment or property may result in recovery of repair or replacement costs.
  • Cleanliness, hygiene and proper personal conduct must be maintained.

06 Yoga Practice and Safety Rules

  • Students must disclose relevant health conditions, injuries or physical limitations before training.
  • Yoga practices should be performed according to the instructions of the authorized trainer.
  • Students must not attempt advanced practices without supervision.
  • Comfortable clothing and appropriate personal hygiene should be maintained.
  • Heavy meals, alcohol or intoxicating substances must be avoided before training.
  • The organization is not a substitute for emergency or specialized medical treatment.

07 Examination Rules

  • Students must submit the examination form and fee before the applicable deadline.
  • Admit card or authorized identity proof must be produced when required.
  • Students must report to the examination venue on time.
  • Late entry may be restricted according to examination instructions.
  • Mobile phones, smart watches, books, notes and unauthorized material are prohibited.
  • Students must follow the instructions of the invigilator and examination authority.
  • Examination dates or centres may be changed due to administrative or unavoidable circumstances.

08 Unfair Means and Misconduct

  • Copying from another candidate.
  • Carrying unauthorized notes, books or electronic devices.
  • Impersonating another student or allowing another person to appear on one's behalf.
  • Sharing answers during an examination.
  • Attempting to influence an examiner, trainer or staff member.
  • Tampering with answer sheets, attendance records or examination systems.
  • Capturing or circulating confidential examination content.

Any unfair practice may result in cancellation of the examination, result, registration or certificate.

09 Result and Re-Evaluation Rules

  • Results will be published according to the official academic and examination schedule.
  • Results may be withheld if fees, documents or disciplinary matters remain pending.
  • Rechecking or re-evaluation requests must be submitted within the prescribed period.
  • Applicable rechecking or re-evaluation fees must be paid.
  • The decision of the authorized examination committee will be final.
  • Clerical or technical errors may be corrected after official verification.

10 Certificate and Marksheet Rules

  • Certificates and marksheets will be issued only to eligible students.
  • All required fees, documents and academic conditions must be completed.
  • Students must verify their name, date of birth, course and other details before final processing.
  • Duplicate documents may be issued after verification and payment of the applicable fee.
  • Certificates obtained through false information or forged documents may be cancelled.
  • Students must not modify, edit or misuse any official document.

11 Fee Payment Rules

  • Fees must be paid only through authorized payment methods or authorized centres.
  • A valid payment receipt should be obtained and preserved.
  • Students should verify account or UPI details before making payment.
  • The organization is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized persons or accounts.
  • Late fees or administrative charges may apply after the due date.
  • Course, examination or certificate services may be restricted where fees remain unpaid.

12 Refund and Cancellation Rules

  • Refund requests must be submitted through an official communication channel.
  • Registration, examination and processing fees are generally non-refundable.
  • Course fees may become non-refundable after classes, study material or services have started.
  • Duplicate payments may be refunded after verification.
  • Payment gateway or bank charges may be deducted from an approved refund.

13 Online Account and Password Rules

  • Students are responsible for protecting their username, password and OTP.
  • Login details must not be shared with another person.
  • Users must log out after using a shared or public device.
  • Suspected unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
  • The organization may suspend an account for security or verification purposes.
  • Passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs and card details must never be shared with staff or centres.

14 Website Usage Rules

  • Attempting to access restricted pages, records or user accounts.
  • Uploading viruses, malicious files or harmful code.
  • Manipulating student, payment, examination or certificate data.
  • Copying website content or software without permission.
  • Creating fake verification pages, QR codes or certificates.
  • Using automated scripts to overload or disrupt the website.

15 Affiliated Centre Rules

  • Affiliated centres must operate only within the approved scope and validity period.
  • Centres must display correct and authorized information.
  • Centres must maintain accurate student, attendance, examination and fee records.
  • Every payment received from a student must be supported by a proper receipt.
  • Centres must not make false claims about government recognition, employment or guaranteed benefits.
  • Student data and documents must remain confidential and secure.
  • Affiliation may be suspended or cancelled for fraud, misuse, non-payment or violation of rules.

16 Trainer and Staff Conduct

  • Trainers and staff must maintain professional and respectful conduct.
  • Students must not be subjected to harassment, discrimination or inappropriate behaviour.
  • Trainers must teach only within their authorized qualification and course scope.
  • Confidential student information must not be disclosed without authorization.
  • Trainers must follow safety, attendance and assessment procedures.
  • Unauthorized collection of fees or personal benefits is prohibited.

17 Prohibited Activities

  • Submission of false, forged or altered documents.
  • Creation or distribution of fake marksheets, certificates or identity cards.
  • Unauthorized use of the organization's name, logo or website content.
  • Harassment, threats, violence or abusive communication.
  • Fraudulent collection or diversion of student fees.
  • Manipulation of attendance, examination or result records.
  • Publication of false or misleading information about the organization.
  • Any activity prohibited under applicable law.

18 Disciplinary Action

Depending on the seriousness of a violation, the organization may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Issue a verbal or written warning.
  • Restrict access to classes or online services.
  • Withhold examination permission or results.
  • Cancel admission, registration or enrollment.
  • Cancel or invalidate marksheets and certificates.
  • Suspend or terminate centre affiliation.
  • Recover financial losses or damaged property costs.
  • Report fraud or unlawful activity to the relevant authority.

19 Complaints and Grievances

  • Complaints should be submitted in writing through the registered email address or mobile number.
  • The complaint should include the student's name, enrollment number and complete details.
  • Relevant receipts, screenshots or supporting documents should be attached.
  • False or abusive complaints may be rejected.
  • The organization will review complaints according to official records and applicable rules.

20 Amendment of Rules

SARVSHI INTERNATIONAL BOARD OF YOGA reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Rules and Regulations whenever necessary.

Updated rules will become effective after publication on the official website or communication through an authorized channel.

Continued use of the website, course, examination or services will be considered acceptance of the updated rules.

Important Warning

No student, trainer, employee, affiliated centre or representative is permitted to issue unauthorized certificates, collect payments in an unauthorized account, make false promises or misuse the name of SARVSHI INTERNATIONAL BOARD OF YOGA.

Acceptance of Rules

By applying for admission, registering for a course, attending training, appearing in an examination, making a payment or using the website, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to follow these Rules and Regulations.
